The idea of the building is to create a synergy of movement where people are drawn into the building by exposing the anchor tenant or the retail shops to the public. By maintaining the privacy of the anchor tenant & retail shops, aluminium mesh is used as a privacy screen as well as a sun shaded device.

Angled facade & walls are express popping the spaces inside the building out towards the public to further emphaise the importances of the building and highlight the people who are using this spaces.

The building form are broken up into 6 different volumes for different programmes and usage towards the public as for such the Practice Area & Workshop which are located at the main or front facade as such to expose the people inside the building & being block partially by the aluminium mesh, it give the public what arts is all about and how is it being done to interest the people on the outside or passing by a hint of what is going on in this building.
